【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60317specifiestherequirementsofenamelledroundcopperwindingwireofclass200withatriplecoating.Theunderlyingcoatingisbasedonpolyesterorpolyester-imideresin,whichmaybemodifiedprovidingitretainsthechemicalidentityoftheoriginalresinandmeetsallspecifiedwirerequirements.Thesecondarycoatingisbasedonpolyamide-imideresin.Thethirdcoatingisabondinglayerbasedonathermoplasticorthermosettingresin.NOTEAmodifiedresinisaresinthathasundergoneachemicalchange,orcontainsoneormoreadditivestoenhancecertainperformanceorapplicationcharacteristics.Class200isathermalclassthatrequiresaminimumtemperatureindexof200andaheatshocktemperatureofatleast220℃.ThetemperatureindegreesCelsiuscorrespondingtothetemperatureindexisnotnecessarilythatatwhichitisrecommendedthatthewirebeoperatedandthiswilldependonmanyfactors,includingthetypeofequipmentinvolved.Therangeofnominalconductordiameterscoveredbythispartis:-Grade1B:0,050mmuptoandincluding1,600mm;-Grade2B:0,050mmuptoandincluding1,600mm.Thenominalconductordiametersarespecifiedinclause4ofIEC60317-0-1.
