【摘要】:Thisdocumentrecommendsproceduresfordeterminingthegenericweldabilityforresistancespot,seamandprojectionweldingofmetallicmaterials.Thisprocedureisapplicablefortheassessmentoftheweldabilityofuncoated/coatedsteels,stainlesssteelsandnon-ferrousalloyssuchasaluminium,titanium,magnesiumandnickelandtheiralloysofsinglethicknesslowerthanorequalto5mm.Theweldabilityofmetallicmaterialsinresistanceweldingisdefinedintermsof:—theabilitytomaketheweldinthefirstplace;—theabilitytocontinuemakingwelds;—theabilityoftheweldtowithstandtheimposedservicestresses.Theproceduresrecommendedinthisstandardcanbeusedto:—comparetheweldabilityofdifferentmetallicmaterials;—comparetheweldingresponseofparticularweldingequipmentandallowcomparisonsbetweendifferentequipmentanddeterminetheinfluenceofthestatic/dynamicpropertiesofdifferentweldingequipment;—determinetheweldabilityofamaterialwhenanyweldingconfigurationischangede.g.electrodematerialand/orshape,watercoolingrequirementsetc.;—investigatetheeffectofweldingparameterssuchasweldingcurrent,weldtime,electrodeforceorcomplexweldingschedulesincludingpulsewelding,currentsteppingetc.onweldability.
