【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoverszincandtinalloywire,includingzinc-aluminum,zinc-aluminum-copper,zinc-tin,zinc-tin-copperandtin-zinc,usedasthermalspraywireintheelectronicsindustry.1.1.1Certainalloysspecifiedinthisstandardarealsousedassoldersforthepurposeofjoiningtogethertwoormoremetalsattemperaturesbelowtheirmeltingpoints,andforotherpurposes(asnotedinAnnexA1).SpecificationB907coversZinc,TinandCadmiumBaseAlloysUsedasSolderswhichareusedprimarilyforthepurposeofjoiningtogethertwoormoremetalsattemperaturesbelowtheirmeltingpointsandforotherpurposes(asnotedintheAnnexpartofSpecificationB907).SpecificationB833coversZincandZincAlloyWireforThermalSpraying(Metallizing)usedprimarilyforthecorrosionprotectionofsteel(asnotedintheAnnexpartofSpecificationB833).1.1.2TinbasealloysareincludedinthisspecificationbecausetheiruseintheelectronicsindustryissimilartotheuseofcertainzincalloysbutdifferentthanthemajoruseofthetinandleadsoldercompositionsspecifiedinSpecificationB32.1.1.3Thesewirealloyshaveanominalliquidustemperaturenotexceeding850x00B0;F(455x00B0;C).1.2Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.ThevaluesgiveninparenthesesaremathematicalconversionstoSIunitsthatareprovidedforinformationonlyandarenotconsideredstandard.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.ItistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtobecomefamiliarwithallhazardsincludingthoseidentifiedintheappropriateMaterialSafetyDataSheet(MSDS)forthisproduct/materialasprovidedbythemanufacturer,toestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpractices,anddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
