【摘要】:1.1Thisstandardprovidesastandardizedtestmethodfordeterminingthegelationandexothermcurveofunsaturatedpolyesterandvinylesterresins.Thismethodprovidesguidanceformeasurementofthe"Standard180176;F[82.2176;C]ExothermCurve"alongwithinformationonvariancesofthemeasurementwhichmayberequiredforspecialresins.Thistestmethodprovidesinformationconcerningthereactivityofunsaturatedpolyesterandvinylesterresinsastheygothroughpolymerizationaftermixingwiththeinitiator.Note18212;ThereisnoknownISOEquivalenttothisstandard,althoughISO584issimilar.1.2ThevaluesstatedineitherSIunitsorinch-poundunitsaretoberegardedseparatelyasstandard.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemmaynotbeexactequivalents;therefore,eachsystemshallbeusedindependentlyoftheother.Combiningvaluesfromthetwosystemsmayresultinnonconformancewiththestandard.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:Thisstandardspecifiesrequirementssothat:-Itisindependentofthetypeofthethermallysprayedstructure.-Itdefinesqualityrequirementsforthermalsprayingbothinworkshopsandonsite.-Itprovidesguidancefordescribingamanufacturer'scapabilitytoproducethermallysprayedconstructionstomeetspecifiedrequirements.-Itmayalsobeusedasabasisforassessingthemanufacturerinrespecttohisthermalsprayingcapability.Thisstandardisappropriatewhendemonstrationofamanufacturer'scapabilitytoproducethermallysprayedconstruction,fulfillingspecifiedqualityrequirements,arespecifiedinoneormoreofthefollowing:-acontractbetweeninvolvedparties;-anapplicationstandard;-aregulatoryrequirement.Therequirementscontainedwithinthisstandardmaybeadoptedinfullormaybeselectivelydeletedbythemanufacturerifnotapplicabletotheconstructionconcerned.Theyprovideaflexibleframeworkforthecontrolofthermalsprayinginthefollowingcases:-Case1ToprovidespecificrequirementsforthermalsprayingincontractswhichrequirethemanufacturertohaveaqualitysysteminaccordancewithENISO9001orENISO9002.-Case2ToprovidespecificrequirementsforthermalsprayingincontractswhichrequirethemanufacturertohaveaqualitysystemotherthanENISO9001orENISO9002.-Case3Toprovidespecificrequirementsforthermalsprayingincontractswhichrequirethemanufacturerdevelopingaqualitysystem.-Case4Toprovidespecificrequirementsforthermalsprayinginapplicationstandardswhichusesthermalsprayingaspartofitsrequirementsorinacontractbetweenrelevantparties.ItmayhoweverbemoreappropriateforENISO14922-3orENISO14922-4tobeusedinsuchcases.
