【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoverscured-in-placethermosettingresinpipe(CIPP),4through132-in.(100through3353-mm)equivalentdiameter,foruseingravityflowsystemsforconveyingsanitarysewage,stormwater,andcertainindustrialwastes.Thisspecificationissuitedfortheevaluationandtestingofmaterialsusedintherehabilitationofexistingpipesbytheinstallationandcureofaresin-impregnatedfabricliner.1.2Thisspecificationcanalsobeextendedtocovermanholes,pumpstations,wetwells,vaults,storagetanks,andothersimilarstructureswhereacuredinplacelinerusingthermosettingresinisapplicable.1.3Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.ThevaluesgiveninparenthesesaremathematicalconversionstoSIunitsthatareprovidedforinformationonlyandarenotconsideredstandard.Note18212;TherearenoISOstandardscoveringtheprimarysubjectmatterofthisspecification.1.4Thefollowingsafetyhazardscaveatpertainsonlytothetestmethodsportion,Section8,ofthisspecification:Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:Theglasstransitionisdependentonthethermalhistory,softeningagentsoradditivesofthematerialtobetested.Foramorphousandsemicrystallinematerialstheassignmentofaglasstransitiontemperaturemayleadtoimportantinformationaboutthermalhistory,processingconditions,stability,progressofchemicalreactions,andmechanicalandelectricalbehavior.Thermomechanicalanalysisprovidesarapidmeansofdetectingchangesinhardnessorlineardimensionalchangeassociatedwiththeglasstransition.DimensionalchangesmeasuredasaspecimenisheatedovertheTgregionmayincludetheinteractionofseveraleffects:anincreaseinthecoefficientofexpansion,adecreaseinthemodulus,whichunderaconstantstressleadstoincreasedextension,stressreliefleadingtoirreversibledimensionalchange(shrinkageinonedimension,expansioninanotherdimension),andphysicalagingeffectswhichchangethekineticsofthedimensionalchange.Thistestmethodisusefulforresearchanddevelopment,qualitycontrol,andspecificationacceptancetesting;particularlyoffilmsandfibers.1.1Thistestmethoddescribesaprocedurefortheassignmentofaglasstransitiontemperatureofmaterialsonheatingusingthermomechanicalmeasurementsunderprescribedexperimentalconditions.1.2ThistestmethodmaybeusedasacomplementtoTestMethodE1545andisapplicabletoamorphousortopartiallycrystallinematerialsintheformoffilms,fibers,wires,etc.thataresufficientlyrigidtoinhibitextensionduringloadingatambienttemperature.1.3Thegenerallyapplicabletemperaturerangeforthistestmethodisx2212;100to600x00B0;C.Thistemperaturerangemaybealtereddependingupontheinstrumentationused.1.41.5ThereisnoISOmethodequivalenttothismethod.1.6Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
