【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesproceduresformeasuringandreportingthenoiseemissionofinformationtechnologyandtelecommunicationsequipment.NOTE1ThisInternationalStandardisconsideredpartofanoisetestcode(see3.1.2)forthistypeofequipment,andisbasedonbasicnoiseemissionstandards(see3.1.1)ISO3741,ISO3744,ISO3745andISO11201.ThebasicemissionquantityistheA-weightedsoundpowerlevelwhichmaybeusedforcomparingequipmentofthesametypebutfromdifferentmanufacturers,orforcomparingdifferentequipment.ThreebasicnoiseemissionstandardsfordeterminationofthesoundpowerlevelsarespecifiedinthisInternationalStandardinordertoavoidunduerestrictiononexistingfacilitiesandexperience.ISO3741specifiescomparisonmeasurementsinareverberationtestroom;ISO3744andISO3745specifymeasurementsinanessentiallyfreefieldoverareflectingplane.AnyoneofthesethreebasicnoiseemissionstandardscanbeselectedandusedexclusivelyinaccordancewiththisInternationalStandardwhendeterminingsoundpowerlevelsofamachine.TheA-weightedsoundpowerlevelissupplementedbytheA-weightedemissionsoundpressureleveldeterminedattheoperatorposition(s)orthebystanderpositions,basedonbasicnoiseemissionstandardISO11201.Thissoundpressurelevelisnotaworker'simmissionratinglevel,butitcanassistinidentifyinganypotentialproblemsthatcouldcauseannoyance,activityinterference,orhearingdamagetooperatorsandbystanders.MethodsfordeterminationofwhetherthenoiseemissionincludesprominentdiscretetonesorisimpulsiveincharacterarespecifiedinAnnexesDandE,respectively.ThisInternationalStandardissuitablefortypetestsandprovidesmethodsformanufacturersandtestinglaboratoriestoobtaincomparableresults.ThemethodsspecifiedinthisInternationalStandardallowthedeterminationofnoiseemissionlevelsforafunctionalunit(see3.1.4)testedindividually.Theproceduresapplytoequipmentwhichemitsbroad-bandnoise,narrow-bandnoiseandnoisewhichcontainsdiscrete-frequencycomponents,orimpulsivenoise.Thesoundpowerandemissionsoundpressurelevelsobtainedcanservenoiseemissiondeclarationandcomparisonpurposes(seeISO9296).NOTE2Thesoundpowerandemissionsoundpressurelevelsobtainedarenottobeconsideredasinstallationnoiseimmissionlevels;however,theycanbeusedforinstallationplanning(seeECMATR/27.Ifsoundpowerlevelsobtainedaredeterminedforanumberoffunctionalunitsofthesameproductionseries,theycanbeusedtodetermineastatisticalvalueforthatproductionseries(seeISO9296).
