【摘要】:ThispartofISO14839setsoutgeneralguidelinesformeasuringandevaluatingrotatingmachineryequippedwithactivemagneticbearings(AMBs)withrespecttothefollowingtwoindices:—shaftvibratorydisplacementmeasuredatorclosetotheAMBs,and—workingcurrentandvoltagemeasuredinmagneticcoilsorpowersupplyamplifiers.Bothindicesaremeasuredundernominaloperatingconditionsinhouseand/oronsite.Theseguidelinesarepresentedintermsofbothsteady-staterunningvaluesoftheseindicesandanymagnitudechangeswhichmayoccurinthesesteady-stateoperations.ThispartofISO14839isapplicabletoindustrialrotatingmachinesgeneratingorconsumingnominalpowergreaterthan15kW,andisnotlimitedbysizeoroperationalratedspeed(i.e.comprisingturbo-compressors,turbo-pumps,steamturbines,turbo-generators,turbo-fans,electricdrivesandotherrotorssupportedbyAMBs).ThispartofISO14839establishesthevibration,currentandvoltageevaluationoftherotatingmachineryequippedwithAMBs,specifiedbyacomparativelylargepowercapacityasdescribedabove,excludingsmall-scalerotorssuchasturbo-molecularpumps,spindlesandflywheels.ThispartofISO14839coversbothAMB-equippedrigidrotorsandAMB-equippedflexiblerotors.
