【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesstandardpro-ceduresandrequirementsforthedetectionandclassi-ficationoflocalizedoverheatingongroundsurfacesbychemicaletchmethods.Somemethodswhichhavebeenusedinthepastarenolongerrecommended.SpecificationsshouldbechangedtousethemethodsinthisInternationalStandard.Theseetchingmethodsaremoresensitivetochangesinsurfacehardnessthanmosthardnesstestingmethods.ThisInternationalStandardappliestosteelpartssuchasgears,shafts,splinesandbearings,butisnotappli-cabletonitridedpartsandstainlesssteels.NOTE1Thisprocess,althoughattimescalled"nitaletch",shouldnotbeconfusedwithotherprocessesalsoknownas"nitaletch".Thesurfacetemperetchprocedureistobeperformedaftergrindingandbeforeadditionalfinishingoperations.

【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoversrequirementsformultilayerpipetype2andcompressionfittingsforhotandcolddrinking-watersystems,withamaximumpressureratingof1000kPa(145psi)at82176;C(180176;F).Note1MultilayerPipeType2-Construction-basedpressureratedpipecomprisingmorethanonelayerinwhichatleast60%ofthewallthicknessispolymericmaterial.1.2Multilayerpipetype2isproducedusingabutt-weldedaluminumpipeasacore,withanextrudedinsidelayerofcrosslinkedpolyethylene(PEX).Anadhesivelayerisusedtobondtheinsidelayertothewallofthealuminumpipe.Anouterlayerofpolyethylene(PE)andanadhesivelayerareextrudedtotheouterwallofthealuminumpipe.1.3Multilayerpipetype2isproducedinconfigurations1and2,asreferencedinFig.1.1.4Thisspecificationincludescompressionfittings,whicharereferencedinFig.2.1.5SpecificationsforthreadorsolderadaptersforusewithpipeandfittingsmeetingtherequirementsofthisspecificationaregiveninAnnexA1andAnnexA2.Thefollowingprecautionarycaveatpertainsonlytothetestmethodportionofthisspecification:Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.1.6ThevaluesstatedineitherSIunitsorininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedseparatelyasstandard.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemmaynotbeexactequivalents;therefore,eachsystemshallbeusedindependentlyoftheother.Combiningvaluesfromthetwosystemsmayresultinnonconformancewiththestandard.
