【摘要】:Thisstandardspecifiesamethodoftestingthebioaccessibilityofsubstancesincontaminatedsoilmaterialandmaterialsthatmaybeappliedtothesoilorintroducedintoit(seearticle6oftheBundesbodenschutz-gesetz.Itpermitsonlythosesubstancestobeexaminedthathaveasufficientlylowvapourpressureandarenotsubjecttoappreciablelossunderthetestconditionssetoutbelow,Furthermore,suitableanalyticalmethodsmayneedtobeusedtodetectthesubstancesorelementsinthecomplexdigestivesolutions.Inthesystemdescribedhere,themobilizationoforganicandinorganiccontaminantsfromcontaminatedmaterialwiththeaidofsyntheticdigestivejuices(gastricjuiceandintestinaljuiceand,insomecases,alsosaliva)isexaminedunderstandardized,physiologicallyrealisticconditions.Withregardtotheirmainconstituents,thecompositionofthesesolutionsisverysimilartotheaveragecompositionofhumandigestivejuiceswhentheirsecretionisstimulatedduringtheingestionoffood,Thesamplesaretreatedwithgastricjuicefortwohours,whichissimilartotheaveragetimefoodisretainedinthestomach.Followingthat,thesamplesaretreatedwithintestinaljuiceforsixhours,whichrepresentsthemaximumtimeforwhichfoodcomponentsareretainedinthesmallintestineasawhole.
